Add a touch of brilliance to your immune cell monitoring with the BV421 fluorochrome. The addition of BV421 will make it easier to combine Dextramer®-based multimers with antibody panels for characterization of immune cells by flow cytometry.
The BV421 fluorochrome will be available as standard for all MHC Dextramer® reagents for detection of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, MAIT cells, and NKT cells. We will announce the launch of Dextramer® BV421 on this webpage and via the Immudex newsletter.
